Charlestown Phase 2B, Dublin 11

374 apartments completed and handed over at Charlestown Centre, Dublin 11. OBJ provided full Employers Representative, Quantity Surveyor and PSDP services on this project. The works involved construction of 6 apartment blocks over an existing double basement carpark along with working adjacent to an existing live Shopping Centre and Cinema complex. The works utilised significant Off Site Construction methodology including precast frame solutions and bathroom pods.
