Rory founded the practice in 1985 following over twenty years experience in consulting quantity surveying practices, culminating as managing director of a large multi disciplinary consultancy in Dublin and director of the associated London practice.

Austin Jenkins, B.Sc., M.S.C.S., M.R.I.C.S., M.C.I.O.B., MCInstCES, FFB.
Austin joined the practice in 1995 following nearly twenty years experience in the profession both in Ireland and overseas including Europe, the Middle East and Hawaii, USA, and culminating as a director of a large international practice based in London.

Gary Conlon, B.Sc., M.S.C.S., M.R.I.C.S., BER Assessor.
Gary joined the practice in early 2005 having gained extensive experience in all sectors of the industry, he is currently cost and project managing some of our high profile projects. Gary is also our qualified BER Assessor who is managing and expanding the practices BER Assessment department.
